The villa is newly renovated and recently completed, in 2022, with very high construction standards. Only natural materials were used, such as, local stone from Sifnos and marble from Festos, Crete. In order to reach the villa the road is steep and rocky. However, it is less than a mile away from Vathy a famous, picturesque village.
A 400 sq.m² beautifully landscaped courtyard planted with olive, carob, and wild pear trees provides shelter from the winds. The pool is located in the greatest part of this villa, overlooking south and west, facing two beautiful islands, Kimolos and Antimilos. In the outdoor area, there is a cooking area providing a Weber BBQ and an outdoor shower. The house also provides enough space in two separate outdoor dining areas, that can accommodate up to 16 people. - Bright Blue Villas
